Lessons

I seek to support and enliven the natural musician that exists in everyone. My teaching is rooted in pleasure and based in the experience of making music where you are, right away.

We focus on the acquisition of skill and technique, theory and reading, along with improvisation, composition and musicianship. I keep my roster of students small in order to better support each student’s unique learning style.

• Piano and Voice lessons with Kristen are a half hour in sessions of ten.
• The lessons are $60-75. Scholarships are available.
• Rates are self selected and no one is turned away for lack of funds.
• Donations to our scholarship fund are very much appreciated.
• 24 hour cancelation required or lesson is billed. Make up lessons are available within the session and it is the responsibility of the student to schedule . After 15 weeks a new session automatically starts.
